Sony has not provided any details regarding its PS4 exclusive The Last of Us: Part II while the fans of the game are eager to hear about the updates of the game. With reports that Sony is not attending E3 this year, some fans are wondering as of how will they hear anything about the favorite PS4 exclusive. At present, there are no official details regarding when Sony will release The Last of Us: Part II.
Regarding the concern, Arne Meyer, Naughty Dog community manager appreciated the positive approach of the fans for the game and in one of the posts over Twitter mentioned that at present we could only say that we are preparing and will soon let you know when the studio will be ready with some good news in hand.
Meyer, in of its posts of Twitter wrote:
“Can’t say much, but we’ll put new things out when it and we are ready. Appreciate you and all of our fans’ patience!”
According to the sources, Sony unveiled The Last of Us: Part II previous year during the E3. At the event, Naughty Dog also showed the gameplay trailer of the sequel. Since then, there has been no news regarding The Last of Us: Part II or any other exclusive from Sony, the sources said.
Directed by Anthony Newman and Kurt Margenau, The Last of Us: Part II will be the next game to Sony’s PS4 exclusive series The Last of Us. Newman and Margenau have earlier worked on the first Last of Us, and both were the lead game designers of Uncharted 4: The Thief’s End. Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley directed the Last of Us part 1. Following the launch of the original Last of Us, Druckmann was promoted to Vice President of Naughty Dog, while Straley left Naughty Dog.
